and there's no place like london

Bought this at IKEA about a week ago.
Overpriced, but so worth it.

I love London.

Lübeck, North Germany

My family and I took the car this summer and decided to go to Germany for a few days.
I looked forward to it, I really did, until we started to drive through Sweden.

Sweden is a loooong country.

I'd somehow forgot that.

It took two days to get to Germany, I was so tired of cars by then, but it was worth it. Lübeck is such a beautiful little city.
Something about it reminded me of Gamla Stan (The Old Town) in Stockholm.

Beautiful.

inspiration #1

You know what the best thing about the internet is?

All the inspiration.

I can spend hours and hours, nights after nights, searching for new photos. Different kinds of photos. Maybe even weird photos.

I found this blog a few hours ago, and I totally fell in love. They're a bit weird, but I still have a big smile on my lips when I think about the photos. Absolutely awesome are two words good enough to describe them. This is street art, and either you love it or you hate it.

province flower of Hälsingland

The photo is taken nearby my grandparents summer house. It's the province flower of Hälsingland, and the local name for it is Lin (Flax, in english).

nairobi national park, kenya

I took this photo during a safari trip in Kenya last month. I love it!

about me

Welcome to my photo blog. I'm Mikaela, a 17 year old girl from Stockholm, Sweden. Taking photos and writing are the two things I like doing the most, and i'm studying the both subjects, photo and journalism, in school. I hope you like my photos! :)
